Solid stay near Union Station

convenient locationlobby decorquick servicehotel coffee shop
The hotel is near Union Station , which helped with my commute. The lobby décor was quite nice , with comfortable seating. The staff offered quick service at reception. I found a coffee shop conveniently located inside the hotel.
The elevator made a creaking sound each time it moved , which I could hear from my room.
Service
9/10
The reception staff were friendly and helped with directions. There was a small bar near the lobby that served light snacks. I saw that breakfast service had several options for hot and cold food.
Rooms
8/10
My room included a queen-size bed with clean linen. I had a television with multiple channels and a private bathroom. The bathroom included towels and toiletries , which were replenished daily.

wonderful locationquiet roombasic requirementsslow wifibroken tvearly check-in
the location felt quite wonderful. i reached the central railway and bus stations easily, a subway station too. many cafes are nearby. i asked for a quiet room, away from the street, and i did get it. street noise barely reached me.
the tv didnt work properly i noticed. wifi was slow. the ac did not stay running constantly, it cycled on and off frequently. i asked for an hour early check-in, and was told it was approved. but during check-in, they wanted a fee.
